The SRAM Maven Ultimate Stealth Expert Kit provides everything you need to get the best out of your SRAM Maven brakes.
Every course is different. As conditions change, so does the tuning of your brakes. The fully loaded limited-edition Maven Expert Box is designed to provide riders with everything they need to tune their Maven Ultimate brakes for optimal brake performance.
The Only Way
Edition 1 comes with Expert Box exclusive red splash anodized Maven calipers that set the brakes apart from the rest of the collection. Paired with the titanium-equipped Maven Ultimate levers, these are an unmatched expression of power.
Four Rotors
With Maven, they suggest starting with the smallest rotors your bike and fork will allow and tune up from there. The Expert Box includes 1x 180mm, 2x 200mm and 1x 220mm HS2 rotors for those who want to try it all. Each size jump represents a 14% advantage in power.
Two Pad Options
Organic brake pads offer a strong initial bite and less overall noise. Sintered brake pads have more resistance to sustained heat and offer better performance in wet or muddy conditions. With the Expert Box, you get both.
Everything You Need
Mineral oil brakes require mineral-specific bleed kits, which is why there is an all-new SRAM Mineral Oil Bleed Kit included in the box. Outfitted with two syringes, fittings, barbs, olives, and the bleed blocks required for Maven and DB8, you've got everything you need. And to get you going, 140ml/5oz of Maxima Mineral Brake Oil is included.
No Worries
Included is the rotor travel bag for the safe keeping of your spare rotors as well as housing your in-use rotors when your bike is boxed up and on the move. Three pockets keep track of rotor bolts, spare pads and tools.
Step it Up
Maven requires the use of the new 20P-2 bracket for any 20mm increases in rotor size. Included in the kit are two brackets and all the necessary hardware.
